I’ve been committed to exercise and wellness since 1996 and being a Certified Personal Trainer, I want to help you make that same commitment.
My interest and success in fitness and exercise began at the young age of 7 and continued through adolescence, during which time I participated in track, cheerleading and basketball. I competed in several competitions and tournaments and I know what it takes to succeed: time, hard work and dedication. My competitive nature, can-do attitude and extensive sports and training background combine to create a winning formula for success. Your health and wellness are important to me, and I’ll work with you to help you achieve your goals in the most efficient and effective way possible.
