BOOT CAMP PROGRAM

 

Get out of your exercise rut and join the fun outdoors! Tuff Girl Fitness Boot Camp, a full body workout program combines calisthenics, flexibility, strength training, circuits, cardio through short distance running, jogging or walking and drills to form a stronger, tighter, fitter you! All you need is 3-10 lb weights, depending on your strength level, and a mat and I provide the rest! We also couple your program up with nutrition coaching so you get the results you want!

Tuff Girl Fitness LLC of Livermore, CA has an outdoor fitness program is designed for men and women at any fitness level; from beginners just entering the fitness world, to the elite fitness buff that just needs a change in their daily routine! This class is about your own fitness progress and success, so challenge yourself at your own pace!

Our boot camps offer variety. We use TRX Suspension Training, Kettlebells, balance balls and much, much more to make your boot camp experience fun and different every camp! Master Chief, Erica Nusom, is experienced in weight training, which has been recently added to our boot camp program, so you won't get bored with the same routine at our camps and you'll meet your goals quickly! We also teach all of our boot camps so you get the best service and training from the owner. The location of our boot camps do switch around during camp; our winter camps are indoors (mornings only), but we perform some sessions outdoors at various parks to change it up. Otherwise, during the spring, summer and fall our boot camps are outdoors.

Make no mistake, boot camps are hard work -its no walk in the park! But if you focus on your goals, you can do anything you want!

9:00am - 10:00am Boot Camp Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
 
 
6:00pm-7:00pm Boot Camp Days: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (CO-ED)

STEP TWO: Review your Tuff Girl welcome packet which will be emailed to you 24-48 hours after you register. Then purchase your set of weights, mat, balance ball and supportive cross-training shoes.  After reviewing your welcome packet and purchasing all the items needed for boot camp,  you will be prepared for your first boot camp and ready to hit the pavement hard! 

 

STEP THREE: Attend your fun and exciting Tuff Girl Boot Camp everyday!



What to bring each day:
  • 1-2 pairs of 3-10 pound weights (depending on your fitness level). One heavy pair and one light pair is ideal so if you need to downgrade as you're perfoming the exercise you can. Better to downgrade than to stop entirely.
  • Comfortable Exercise Clothing
  • Comfortable Cross-training Shoes
  • Gloves and/or Hat (beanie)
  • Balance Ball (I will notify you when to bring this to boot camp)
  • Plenty of Water
  • Exercise Mat
  • Sunscreen (if applicable)
  • A Smile and Great Attitude!
