Tuff Girl Boot Camp

Get out of your exercise rut and join the fun outdoors! Tuff Girl Fitness Boot Camp, a full body workout program combines calisthenics, flexibility, strength training, circuits, cardio through short distance running (1-2 miles), jogging, walking and drills to form a stronger, tighter, fitter you! All you need is 3-10 lb weights, depending on your strength level, and a mat and I provide the rest! I will also couple your program up with nutrition coaching so you get the results you want!

Our outdoor fitness program is designed for women at any fitness level; from beginners just entering the fitness world, to the elite fitness buff that just needs a change in their daily routine! My program is a non-intimidating atmosphere for women only. So, there is no need to worry about what you look like or how many pounds you’re lifting. You can workout to your level and your limits. This class is about your own fitness progress and success, so challenge yourself at your own pace!

Our boot camps offer variety. Our location does switch around during camp so you don't get bored. Our winter camps are indoors; but we do perform some exercises outdoors to change it up. Otherwise, during the spring, summer and fall our boot camps are entirely outdoors.

Make no mistake, boot camps are hard work -its no walk in the park! But if you focus on your goals, you can do anything you want!

4 Days Per Week- 4 Week Program: $240 (Mon-Thurs)
3 Days Per Week- 4 Week Program: $180 (Tues-Thurs)

STEP TWO: Attend your Tuff Girl introduction meeting. Your meeting will be scheduled the Friday before camp starts- same time as camp 5:30am-6:30am (this is simple and painless, we promise!). We'll meet at Starbucks and enjoy some coffee on us! We'll chat about camp and you'll meet your fellow Tuff Girls!

What will your introduction to Tuff Girl Boot Camp cover?
  • You'll meet your Personal Trainer ~ Master Chief Tuff Girl Erica Nusom (the best part of the meeting)
  • I will answer any questions you have about your first boot camp
  • You will learn your medical specifics; we'll take your body measurements and body fat composition. This pre-camp evaluation just lets us know where you are now, so you can see your HUGE improvement 4 weeks from the start of camp!
  • You will learn all the details about Tuff Girl Boot Camp and I will learn your specific goals
  • You will receive your welcome packet

 After this meeting you will be prepared for your first boot camp and ready to hit the pavement hard! 

 

STEP THREE: Attend your fun and exciting Tuff Girl Boot Camp everyday!


What to bring each day:
  • 1-2 pairs of 3-10 pound weights (depending on your fitness level). One heavy pair and one light pair is ideal so if you need to downgrade as you're perfoming the exercise you can. Better to downgrade than to stop entirely.
  • Comfortable Exercise Clothing
  • Comfortable Athletic Shoes
  • Plenty of Water
  • Exercise Mat
  • Sunscreen (if applicable)
  • A Smile and Great Attitude!
