
STEP ONE: REGISTER NOW FOR TUFF GIRL BOOT CAMP
STEP TWO: Review your Tuff Girl welcome packet which will be emailed to you 24-48 hours after you register. Then purchase your set of weights, mat, balance ball and supportive cross-training shoes. Or contact Erica Nusom to purchase the Tuff Girl Time Saver and we'll get it for you (except the shoes)!
After reviewing your welcome packet and purchasing all the items needed for boot camp, you will be prepared for your first boot camp and ready to hit the pavement hard!
STEP THREE: Attend your fun and exciting Tuff Girl Boot Camp everyday!
What to bring each day:
- 1-2 pairs of 3-10 pound weights (depending on your fitness level). One heavy pair and one light pair is ideal so if you need to downgrade as you're perfoming the exercise you can. Better to downgrade than to stop entirely.
- Comfortable Exercise Clothing
- Comfortable Cross-training Shoes
- Gloves and/or Hat (beanie)
- Balance Ball (I will notify you when to bring this to boot camp)
- Plenty of Water
- Exercise Mat
- Sunscreen (if applicable)
- A Smile and Great Attitude!
