We have partnered with PayPal ™ to manage all of your membership subscriptions. When you click on a link to pay for your membership, you will be taken to PayPal ™ to process your information. You will have two options to pay, either via a credit card or by logging into your PayPal ™ account.
How Our Billing Process Works:
- All subscriptions (minus ones paid upfront) will be billed on a monthly basis automatically.
- Our 6 and 12 month memberships will bill only once.
- Our month to month memberships will continue to bill until you decide to cancel them. You must provide 30 days notice to cancel.
Canceling Your Membership:
Our 6 and 12 month memberships are non-refundable. If you are paying month to month and wish to discontinue your membership, we require 30 days notice. Please contact us directly at getfit@tuffgirl.com to cancel. You will receive a refund for the remainder of your billing cycle that was paid after the 30 days.
