Are you looking for a one-on-one trainer who can whip you into shape and give you the motivation you need to keep going, meet your goals and get the results you want? Than my personal training program is for you!

I will offer you consistent support and motivation throughout the time we are working together. I will design the best workout routine for your fitness level and goals. I will help you work harder, more consistently, and more effectively than you would on your own. I will provide you with enough guidance and education to ensure that you establish effective exercise patterns from the beginning. I will educate you on how your body functions and how to train in the safest, most effective way possible to achieve the results you want.

My Personal Training services include—but aren’t limited to—fitness assessments, muscular endurance and flexibility tests, body composition assessments, blood pressure readings, and a cardiovascular fitness assessment. Your Personal Training program will be based on your fitness levels and goals, and include resistance and cardiovascular training, balance and core work, calisthenics, stretching, and abdominal work.
